Libby has the gift of giving a massage that combines the best of a soothing relaxation treatment with proven remedial techniques. Her massages relax the body and quieten the mind while her signature remedial style relieves even the most stubborn muscular ache.
Libby’s moves are slow and considered as she searches out trigger points and tight muscles that constrict movement and cause the tension and pains you have collected from sport, work and everyday life.
Your preferred massage pressure and unique trouble spots will direct the massage as Libby tailors the treatment to give you the results you need from the session.
Best of all she has no trouble staying silent for an entire massage treatment.

When you come for a treatment at Better Day Massage you are guaranteed the full 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes of massage time that you booked. This means from the time you relax onto the table to when the massage ends, every minute is yours. Time for chatting, dressing and paying is all built into Libby's schedule so there is no need to rush.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time has been set aside just for you, but if something comes up you may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the start of your appointment. Often there will be someone on the wait list who would love to fill the spot for you!
If you fail to show for the appointment, or cancel on the day and the time isn’t able to be filled, you will be required to pay for the session. If you can’t make it feel free to send along a friend or family member instead.

ON THE DAY
Please arrive a few minutes early for your massage to complete the new client form. This one-page questionnaire gathers important medical history, enabling Libby to tailor the massage specifically to your needs.
